Short version: the only personal data Bramo holds is an email address you typed into the waitlist form yourself, and the command-line tool sends nothing anywhere at all.

bramo-verify sends nothing

The CLI has no telemetry, no analytics, and no network calls of its own. It reads your git diff, spawns your test command, and writes a verdict file into your own repository. Your code, your diffs, and your results never leave your machine. There is no account, no API key, and nothing for us to collect — we cannot tell whether you have ever run it.

The only network activity involved is npm downloading the package when you install it, which is between you and npm.

The waitlist

If you submit the form on this site, your email address goes to Buttondown, the newsletter service we use. Buttondown stores it, along with the date and the page you submitted from, and processes it on our behalf.

We use it for one thing: sending you the build-in-public notes and, at launch, the founder pricing offer. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you.

Because the list uses double opt-in, you are not on it until you click the confirmation link.

This website

bramo.ai uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. It records aggregate page views, referrers and countries. We cannot identify you from it.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or social trackers. The documentation page stores your light/dark preference in your browser’s local storage; that never leaves your device.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving them — standard for any site using that service.

Your data, and getting rid of it

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, which removes your address. If you would rather have it deleted outright, or want to know what we hold, email [email protected] and we will action it. There is very little to find: an email address and a signup date.

If you are in the EU or UK, that covers your rights of access, rectification and erasure under the GDPR. The lawful basis for holding your address is your consent, given by submitting the form and confirming it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, the date at the top changes and the update is noted in the weekly build-in-public notes rather than applied quietly.
